9:30am – 10:30am: Team Accountability Meeting (Prepare questions to ask the team)
10:30am – 12:00pm: C.L.A.P.S. with Jeff Cohn (Culture, Leads, Accountability, Processes & Strategies)
12:00pm – 12:30pm Break/Lunch (We will Order-in)
12:30pm – 1:30pm: Meet with Marc Cohn (Top listing agent) in listing presentation & dialogue training
1:30pm – 2:30pm:Meet with Kevin McGowan (Operations Manager) to discuss his role and the systems he oversees, practical tools including checklists and spreadsheets he uses daily (including take-home template versions for your office)
2:30pm – 3:30pm: Shadow Andy Kueny (Team Manager) in One-on-One agent meetings
3:30pm – 5:30pm: Private consulting with Jeff Cohn- Learn unconventional lead generation strategies, management practices and the systems that have allowed Jeff to exit the daily activities of the team
